A 15x6 inch size wheel is normally interchangeable with a 15x5 size wheel. The 6 inch and 5 inch measurement being the width of the wheel. A tire will normally fit on a range of wheel widths.

Where you want to pay attention to the different widths of the wheel is when you are looking at a different tire size. In 15 inch trailer tires the common sizes are the ST205/75R15 and the ST225/75R15. They usually recommend to put the narrower 205mm width tire on the 5 inch wide wheel and the wider 225mm width tire on the 6 inch wide wheel.

If you have a 205 width tire on a 5 inch wide wheel and move that tire to a 6 inch wide wheel, not really a problem. If you have a 225 width tire on a 6 inch wide wheel and try to go down to a 5 inch wide wheel, it will work, but it is not the best fit.

Also if you do change tire sizes you always want to be sure and get the correct tire size for the capacity of your trailer and if it is larger size that you will have the clearance for it.

The # LHAW124 you have referenced is a ST225/75R15 tire size on a 15x6 inch wheel size. I included a link to a video of me describing that particular part number you referenced.
