Does the Curt Hitch for a 2008 Honda Accord Come with Fish Wire

Hello. I just want to confirm that the installation kit includes the fish wire for feeding the lock bracket and bolt through the frame tubing. Thanks.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11085 which is a fit for a 2008 Honda Accord comes with everything you need for installation including the fish wire which you will use to pull the bolts through the frame.
