Will a Bike with a Step Through Frame Fit on the Thule Raceway Trunk Mount Bike Rack

Will it hold a low entry bike? Or do you have to get an adapter?

It sounds like you are talking about a step-through bike frame. You will need an adapter for that type of frame so you can carry the bike on any hanging style bike rack such as the Thule OutWay # TH45JV. The adapter, # TH982XT, will clamp around the handle bar gooseneck and the seat post to provide an artificial top horizontal frame tube so you can carry the bike on the rack.
