The converter box on the Tow Ready T-One Wiring Harness, # 118551, is rated for a maximum of 4.2 amps for the stop and turn lights and a maximum of 7.5 amps for tail lights. Assuming the two tail lights and four marker lights are the only lights that will be powered by this wiring harness, then you should not have an issue.

If you want to be absolutely certain that your trailer lights will not overload the harness, you can use a multimeter to test the amperage draw on each of your trailer lights when supplied with 12V power.

The purpose of the converter box on this wiring harness is to protect your vehicles wiring. If the converter box shorts out, your vehicle wiring will be protected and the vehicle tail lights will continue to work.

I have attached a few helpful links for you to check out including installation instructions and video and an article explaining how to route the power wire for the converter box.
