I have a duo therm model 59516.531 air conditioner. Wanting to replace it with a furrion system. Which furrion system would I need for plug and play??

The Furrion Chill RV AC unit part # FR42PV that you referenced was designed to replace Dometic setups like the Duo Therm kit you have installed so it would be the easiest replacement. It will plug right into the same connectors you have now so it would be a plug and play install like you are wanting.
