Can the Spare Tire be Removed on a 2013 Kia Sorento with a Trailer Hitch Installed

One of the photographs accompanying your web site for # 75684 was taken from directly underneath, and seems to show that the hitch would interfere with any attempt to access the spare tire. Can you explain?

Yes, to lower the spare tire you will need to angle it out and not try to drop it straight down. So you can remove/reinstall the spare tire with the # 75684 trailer hitch installed on your 2013 Kia Sorento.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin and clip, and a carrying bag.
For wiring, if you have a V6 SX model without factory tow prep package use # C59236.
