Question:
Hitch weight shows 610 pounds...I would assume with cargo this system will work? What tools will I need to install this?

The best place to start when choosing a weight distribution system is to identify the trailer's tongue weight when it's ready to tow as you'd usually have it loaded. You'll also want to include anything stowed in the bed of your truck behind the rear axle. I'll link you to a article showing a few ways to do this.
If you find that the trailer's loaded tongue weight is between 800-1000 lbs, the Curt # C17062 MV Weight distribution system would be a good choice.
However, keep in mind that travel trailers are pretty vulnerable to trailer sway caused by cross winds and turbulence from passing or oncoming traffic. I'd recommend going with a system that adds a quality sway control component as well such as the Curt TruTrack, part # C17499 for tongue weights below 800 lbs or # C17500 for tongue weights ranging from 800-1000 lbs.
To install the system you'll need a basic socket set and a tape measure. I've linked to a install/setup video that you might find helpful.
