We do offer electric brake assemblies which measure 10" x 1-1/2":
- Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - 10" - Left Hand # K23-472-00
- Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - 10" - Right Hand # K23-473-00
These brakes come with all the needed installation hardware, but are manual adjusting so if you don't have an adjustment spoon you will need the Brake Adjustment Spoon # W80630.
I also wanted to mention that these mount to a standard 4-bolt brake flange such as # 4-35 which has bolt holes 2-7/8" apart on center. I'm not quite sure what you were referring to by the 4.5 on 5 bolt configuration, so I did want to clarify the flange you need for these brakes.
I have added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.
