The Firestone suspension enhancement system, # F2071, is not designed for the 2008 Ford F-250 so the short answer is no. What I recommend , if your 5th wheel underbed brackets install on the outsides of the frame rails is # F2550. This kit has brackets that install on the bottom and insides of the frame rails.
Another option, if the bottoms of the frame rails are free of obstructions, is a Timbren system like # TFR250SDF. These are not springs that inflate but they work in much the same say to reduce roll, level the truck, and provide a better ride. See instruction and video links.
And a third option is to use SuperSprings # SSA15. These springs fit over the factory spring stack and also provide stabilization of the rear of the vehicle. I have linked instructions and a video for them as well.
