Replacement Hopkins 7 and 4-Way for 2006 Toyota Tundra

Question:

I have two questions. First I have a 2006 tundra that has the hopkins HM43385 in the back. I must have backed in to something because the housing is broken. I want to replace the housing that screws into the frame. Can I get just the housing or do I need to order the whole unit. Second I am about to install a backup camera. In doing this they want me to find a reverse light wire to splice into. Is there a wire that goes to the hopkins that I can use for that purpose? Thanks,

There isn't a replacement housing for the # HM43385 that you have so you'll have to replace the entire thing since yours has been damaged. It's easier than you'd think to break them while backing up for sure since they typically hang down lower than the bumper.

For a backup camera you can use the purple wire of this adapter as that carries the reverse light circuit.
