Help Preventing Trailer Sway When Towing with 2017 Chevy Colorado

Question:

I have a 17foot tear camper being pulled by a Chevy Colorado and am getting some sway when traveling on highways. What would be the best option? Im looking at the 17200 since it is the most cost effective option. Will this be enough or would you recommend something a little beefier? I would also like to see a video of the installation of the 17200 if you have one. Thank you!

If you are getting persistent sway that starts at the same speed on the highway the problem is that your trailer isn't level enough or you don't have enough tongue weight in your trailer. If the sway you are getting starts from a gust of wind or from a passing semi truck the Curt friction sway control part # 17200 would be a great option to fix that as that's the type of sway it's designed to fit. We don't have an install video but I attached a couple review videos for you to check out.
