If your Honda Pilot has the roof ride rails that run from the front to the rear of the vehicle, you can add crossbars by using the Rhino Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars, # RRVA137S-2 and the SX Series Leg Kit, # RRSX100, that you mentioned. The crossbars themselves are constructed of aluminum, and the legs that attach the crossbar to the roof rails on the vehicle are constructed of glass-reinforced nylon.

If your Pilot does NOT have the roof side rails, Rhino Rack does not offer a roof rack.

Thule offers a similar system for the Pilot with no roof rails. This crossbar clamps onto the vehicle using the top of the door openings instead of any factory attachment points that might be available. The load bars are aluminum, and the foot packs are constructed of steel with durable plastic outer housings. The system can be constructed using the following parts:

60 Inch WingBars, part # TH711520 in black or # TH711500 in silver
Evo Clamp Feet, part # TH710501
Vehicle Specific Fit Kit, part # TH145191

A rack system that would use the existing factory provided attachment points is not available from any of our suppliers.

Keep in mind, all of the roof rack crossbars are aluminum. Stainless steel crossbars are not available. I am not aware of any roof rack system with stainless steel crossbars.
