Adapter for BrakeRite SD Actuator Not Working With 2014 Ram Truck
Question:
I have the brake rite sd on my triple axle trailer. It works fine with my 2012 ram 2500. I have a 2014 ram 2500 that it won’t work with. The 2014 works great with all electric brakes but I can’t figure out why it won’t work with eoh.

If your 2014 Ram 2500 is using the factory brake controller, you will want to check to ensure it has a setting for use with Electric over Hydraulic actuators and that you have that setting on. EoH actuators are tricky with factory brake controllers and while the BrakeRite SD is supposed to work with that year Ram, if the setting is on your controller and it is not working then you will need to add the Titan BrakeRite SD Adapter # T4845900.
