Will the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs Fit a Lifted 2019 Toyota Tundra TRD

Question:

2019 Tundra 5.7l SR5 4x4 with TSS package, TRD stabilizing/struts Bilstien shocks, 55inch bed and a 3/2rear/front leveling lift towing a 7700lb GVWR 23foot travel trailer. Question is, having lifted in reality about 2.5 in the rear and a tad less than 2inch in the front, will the Sumo SSR-610-47 be too far from the frame when not loaded and therefore not be very beneficial stopping squatting when loaded and towing?

Expert Reply:

The compatibility of the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-610-47 with a lifted 2019 Toyota Tundra TRD will come down to the type of lift. If the distance between the jounce spring and contact point has changed then these would not be a good option. However, if the lift consist of just a lift block under the leaf spring pack then the above distance would not have changed therefore they would work. If you have any other type of lift then you'd want to consider the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TTORTUN4 with the Timbren Spacer For Raised Frame Vehicles part # A25723-90AH00 or part # TA25722-90P00.
