does the kuat nv2.0 base have the same articulated front cradle has 3 points of adjustability so you can get the handlebar and seatpost clearance you need as the kuat nv2.0?

Yes the Kuat NV Base part # BA22B has the exact same cradles and adjustability as the NV2.0 part # NV22G. The big difference between the two is the repair stand that the # NV22G has.
