Does this just bolt on and can I as an individual change this out myself?

Expert Reply:
The TrailAir 5th Wheel Pin Box is a bolt-on application. The torque specifications are included with the instructions.
The pin box is HEAVY, but with few helpers you should be able to lift the pin box into place and get the bolts secured.
Keep in mind that these units are pin box specific. You would need to get the manufacturer name and model number of the OE pin box, and choose a replacement that is compatible. The Ultra-Fab model you referenced is a replacement for a Lippert 1621.
