Correct Trailer Hitch Fit for a 2006 Hyundai Sonata
Question:
Please help. I need to get a hitch receiver for my 2006 Hyundai Sonata. When I do a search, it takes me to Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2 Item # C13152. I would prefer this 2 receiver, but in the listing it says, NOT CONFIRMED TO FIT 2006 Hyundai Sonata. Could you please tell me if it fits a 2006 Hyundai Sonata? Im not sure what I should be looking for in the fit when I compare it to anything else that might fit my 2006 Hyundai Sonata. Thanks for your help.

The only available trailer options for a 2006 Hyundai Sonata are class I, 1-1/4". The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11325 is a great assembled in USA option and what I recommend. If you need to have the 2" opening, you can use the Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # HTAD but keep in mind it will reduce your capacity.
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13152 won't fit as it's for a Kia Sorento.
