The weight distribution system that I would recommend for your trailer with a tongue weight of 863 lbs is the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System, # RP66560. When choosing a weight distribution system, you want to choose a system that can accommodate the tongue weight of your trailer. This weight distribution system can accommodate a range of tongue weights from 600 lbs to 1,200 lbs.
This system will fit in your class III 2 inch hitch and it includes sway control. The sway control on the Reese Steadi-Flex systems are the friction pads at the ends of the spring bars. It also includes an adjustable shank, but you will need to determine what size hitch ball you will need for your trailer. For a 2 inch hitch ball use part # A-90. For a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball use part # 19286.
I have attached the installation instructions and a video for you to check out.
