The Curt Q20 5th Wheel Hitch # C16671 that you referenced is a great option to tow your 2020 Keystone Fuzion if you decide to have your GM dealership install their factory below bed rails.

We have some great aftermarket options for you that you can get from us here at etrailer.com. Aftermarket systems are typically less expensive than factory options without sacrificing safety, capacity, or features.

For a complete underbed rail 5th wheel system for your 2017 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali, 6-1/2 ft bed I recommend the Demco Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550037 with the Demco Underbed Rail and Installation Kit # DM8551010 because it offers the same "open bed" design when not towing that the factory system offers, as well as the hitch having a great auto slide feature for your short bed truck.

The Demco Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550037 makes towing a 5th wheel with your short bed truck easy. This hitch turns automatically when it feels you start to turn, so you don't have to go through the process of getting in and out of your truck 4 times just to complete a turn. This hitch is also rated for up to 21,000 pounds so it can haul your Fuzion with ease. Check out the review video I have attached of this hitch for you.

I have also attached a video that shows the installation of this under-bed rail kit in a similar truck to yours. These rails install under the bed of the truck similarly to the factory-installed option. This leaves your bed free from trip-hazard rails when you aren't towing your 5th wheel. These rails are custom-fit, so the installer will not need to drill into your truck's frame in order to get these rails installed, saving shop time.

The final component to get your truck decked out to tow your 5th wheel is the wiring harness. To add a 7-Way harness inside your truck bed I recommend the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness # C56070 because it is a custom-fit harness and will retain the use of the 7-Way plug at your bumper. I have also linked an installation video for this wiring harness.
