Troubleshooting Rola LED Light Kit Not Working with Tekonsha Light Kit on a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder
Question:
I installed a Tekonsha 118670 kit with ROLA 59516 LED Light kit and Am having issues. Only the outer diode on each side of the lights illuminates, and not very brightly. Nothing changes when I press the brakes or attempt to use the turn signals. Any thoughts on where the issue might lie?

I'm pretty sure there just isn't enough draw for the T-One # 118670 on your 2013 Nissan Pathfinder to recognize that it needs to send a signal. This happens from time to time with vehicles and the cause is simply that LEDs like what comes in the Rola Kit 59516 don't draw hardly any power so we need to give them a boost so that the T-One sends power.
To remedy this you can use a Load-Resistor Kit # DI34ZR. These work to add some extra pull to the lighting circuits so that the wiring recognizes when the LED light kit is connected.
