There are gooseneck trailer hitches that fit your 2006 Ford F-250 Super Duty that include the installation kit.
The best of these and the one I highly recommend is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1108.
The Turnoverball hitch is the best because it has a square base for its hitch ball which ensures optimal strength and durability. What that means is the ball isn't going to turn when you are driving, keeping the connection to your gooseneck coupler totally secure and stable. I have added a link to a video install of this hitch on a similar year F-250 for you to check out.
If you need a gooseneck wiring harness as well, and have the factory 7-way on your F-250 the correct part is the Pollak 5th Wheel / Gooseneck T-Connector with 7-Pole # PK11893-11932.
