Suspension Enhancement for 2018 Ford F-250 Towing Fifth Wheel Trailer

I HAVE 7inch BETWEEN THE FRAME AND AXLE WILL THIS KIT WORK TO GIVE ME THE ONE INCH CLEARANCE. IS THIS KIT I NEED FOR 5TH WHEEL TRAILER

The Timbren kit part # TFR250SDJ that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Ford F-250 and will give you additional suspension support when towing a fifth wheel trailer. That said the Timbren kits can be a bit harsh when not towing so instead I would recommend the RAS kit part # RAS3611-SHD instead as this will give you the support you are wanting but actually improves the ride quality loaded and unloaded.
