Can Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps be Installed Directly to Trailer Frame

can these be mounted directly to my trailer frame using the hole in the strap housing ? Thanks

There is a hole in the bracket for the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps w/ Push Button Releases # EM34416 that can be used to mount it directly to a trailer, but it does look like that might be a little difficult to do and one of our reviews we received backs that up.

If you'd rather go with something that's a little easier to install directly to the frame then I recommend the CargoBuckle G3 Retractable Ratchet Tie-Down Straps # IMF18800. These are 6' long though so they are a little shorter than what you're initially looking at.
