How To Convert 4-Way On 2014 Nissan Frontier To 4 and 7-Way
Question:
Hello, I presently have a Tekonsha P3 in my 2013 Outback and will be moving it to a 2014 Nissan Frontier. The Frontier presently has a factory tow hitch with a 4-flat, but I need a 7-way to tow a Travel Trailer with electric brakes. What wiring harness will I need? The existing 4-flat male pin is corroded and bent. Id prefer to have a new dual plug set-up in a direct-fit configuration if at all possible. Thank you!

In order to upgrade the 4-way on a 2014 Nissan Frontier to a 4 and 7-way you'll need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector part # 118266 which can be upgraded to a 4 and 7-way with the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket part # HM40975. This will pair perfectly with the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 when using the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # 3050-P.
