We have all the parts you need to flat tow your 2007 Honda CR-V with the Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar # RM-501.
It is going to require base plates like you mentioned, as well as tow bar wiring, safety chains, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high-low adapter. To make it easier to order I will go ahead and list out all the parts required.
- Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-521559-4 (Only fits if your CR-V does NOT have a brush guard)
- Safety Chains: Roadmaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643
- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
- Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass # RM76511
- Supplemental Braking System: Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Supplemental Braking System # RM-9400
You may also need a high-low adapter such as # RM-048-6 in order to keep your tow bar level, and I've added a link to a help article which shows you how to determine if you need an adapter, as well as a link to our selection of adapters. Additionally, I have added links to instruction manuals, video reviews and installations for you to take a look at.
