Getting ready to purchase a 40’ Cedar Creek. 16615 lb gross trailer weight. Dry 13564 lb. Ford F-350 diesel with the OEM puck system. Your last recommendation was the BandW 20000 lb hitch. Still thinking this hitch?

Yes the B and W 20k Companion for the Ford OEM rail kit part # BWRVK3300 would be your best option for your 2020 Ford F-350 long bed with the OEM rail kit. This gives you the best fifth wheel that fits your truck's rails kit and also has plenty of weight capacity for your trailer that weighs 16,615 lbs. The higher capacity 25k # BWRVK3305 is still a great option but it's more capacity than you'd need and costs more due to that so it would be paying for more than you'd need.
