I have two options that will fit the vinyl floors on your 2016 Ram 1500 Tradesman Edition with vinyl floors, which will depend on which cab you've got.

If you have a regular cab or a crew cab with the center console you'll need separate mats for the driver and passenger side, so you want use the WeatherTech Front Auto Floor Mats - Black # WT449821V; these mats will work in both models listed above.

If you've got a crew cab without the center console you can use the WeatherTech Front Auto Floor Mat - Black # WT449761V. This mat will only fit in the crew cab model.
