In order to flat tow a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado you'll need base plates, tow bar, safety cables, wiring harness, and a supplemental braking system. In regards to the motorhome, you simply need a standard trailer hitch and wiring harness. I have attached for you below the parts I recommend.
