How Many Sets of DL21741 Bunk Rollers Recommended for a 20 Foot Pontoon Boat Trailer
Question:
How many sets do you recommend and where should they be installed along the 20’ long bunks? The pontoon itself is a 20’ with a 50 hp outboard. It’s overall weight is below 3000 lbs.

Two sets of the Duttton-Lainson # DL21741 bunk rollers would certainly be sufficient. I'd install the rear set about 3 feet in on the bunks, leave about 3 feet of space and install the other set. This will provide the most support for the rear 2/3 of the boat, where most of the weight is concentrated.
