The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75699 is a confirmed fit for your 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited V8. It will give you a 2"x 2" receiver tube opening for use with tins of different types of accessories.
If you'll be towing a wiring harness is a good idea the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package part # C55384 will get the job done and provide you a 4-way trailer connector.
A ball mount kit like the etrailer ball mount kit part # 989900 will give you a wide variety of rise and drop combos to match most any trailer.
I have linked the installation videos for you to check out on the hitch and wiring.
