Will this rack fit the Radwagon electric bike with attached caboose?

The Radwagon E-bike you mentioned has a fender setup so a wheel mounted bike rack like the Thule T2 Pro XTR is not going to work since the fender would get in the way. Instead for heavier e-bikes like this with alternative style frames the best option is the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 which has a higher weight capacity like needed and also has a frame clamp design that works great with the style frame of your bike.
