Will the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch or J-Pin Stabilization Pin Work With 20x59 Curt Cargo Carrier  

Question:

I am interested in buying the Curt folding trailer hitch cargo platform C18151. I was going to add a stabilizing pin or a Roadmaster Quiet Hitch to prevent rattling. I was also wondering if I could use the Curt Anti Rattle C22321 as pin in the folding mechanism to secure it when in the flat loaded position to further prevent wobble and bounce. Thanks.

The Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for 2" Trailer Hitches part # RM-061 and Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lockpart # 63232 will both work with the 20x59 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches part # C18151.

In regards to further securing the pivot mechanism, I would not have much advice on this as it is not designed for that. The only option we'd be able to offer for this is the Curt Cam Buckle Stabilizing Strap part # 18050.
