What Part of Roller Bunk Bracket # DL21742 Pivots

Question:

I just received a great response from Jameson C. to my question about angling a 21741 roller bunk to a horizontal 2by 4inch affixed to the platform in the enclosed picture for my jetski winter home. My problem is understanding how and where this bracket attaches? I gather they must be on either end of the roller bunk since 4 are required? Does the bracket swivel or do the rollers swivel? What is the minimum added height of the combination bracket/ roller beyond the current one of the roller connected directly to the 2by 4? How does the bracket attach to the horizontal 2by4 or if I dont need the 2by4 with the bracket to assure hull clearance, how does the bracket attach to the flat platform?

If you are looking at the bracket, # DL21742, the long slots that run along the body will mount against a bunk. The L-shaped part at the top has a hole in the top of it that attaches to the bottom of the roller bunk. It is that L-bracket that has the ability to pivot.

I have also included a helpful link to a page. The video in it goes over the measurements of the bracket for you.
