Question:
2020 Honda Pilot VIN wanted to verify following is correct - hitch C13146 class 3, harness C56291, and cover C22272. Not sure if equipped with tow package and attached VIN. Could you verify and check stock status, thank you

The Curt hitch part # C13146 that you referenced is the correct hitch for your 2020 Honda Pilot, the wiring harness # C56291 is also a confirmed fit and the # C22272 was designed to fit 2 inch hitches like what you have so it would also work well.
