Does the Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack Work and Function Well
Question:
I am interested in purchasing this product to secure 2 fat tire, e-bikes for transport. The rack looks good, but some reviews that I have read, say that the detachable arms are subject to breakage, which may result in a bike falling off the rack. Are you aware of any problems with the locking arms? Some of the reviewers had issue with the locks as well. Do you know if Thule has done any redesigns on this rack that would fix these problems? Also, are these racks not available till July 2? Thank you for any help you can give me

The Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack part TH903202 is one of my favorite racks to do exactly what you need it to do for you. It works really well and have not experienced the issues you have spoke of. I did the video on this rack which I have attached for you to check out and did not run into and hang ups. I do recommend adding the Fat Bike Straps for Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack part # TH985101 to ensure that the straps work with your fat tires. As for the attachment arms I found them to be solid. They use a unique system that stiffens when the knob torques down to secure the bikes.
Thule goes a long way in testing their products and ensures that they send out the best product possible. These are known for working great for their intended purposes.
