The Class III hitch for your 1998 Nissan Pathfinder would be the Curt Class 3 2-Inch Hitch, part # 13088. I am including a link to the installation instructions on this hitch.
The Draw-Tite Class III 2-Inch Hitch, part # 75186, you have referenced will fit the 1998 to 2004 Nissan Frontier and the 1988 to 1997 Nissan Pickup. It will not fit the 1998 Nissan Pathfinder.
If you plan on doing some towing you may be interested in the following products to complete your towing setup:

Hitch Pin and Clip, # PC3
Tow Ready 2-Inch Hitch Ball, part # 19247
Tow Ready 1-7/8 Inch Hitch Ball, part # 19260
