For your 2007 GMC Sierra Classic 1500 the hitch I recommend is the mostly hidden and higher capacity Curt Class IV part # C14332. This hitch installs easily, has more towing capacity than you'll need, and since it's mostly hidden looks better too. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
