Running 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 from the 12 volt accessory pin of your trailer wiring to the battery's positive post is a great way to give it a maintenance charge while you are driving around. It won't charge a dead battery back to life but it will keep a battery topped off that's had moderate use.

Or we have roof top RV solar panel kits like part # 34272635 which will give you a way to keep the battery topped off as well as it can provide up to a 100 watt charge. I attached an install video for this panel kit for more info for you to check out as well.

100 watts (what the panel can put out) to amps is 8.3 amps at 12 volts. That's a pretty healthy charge for a trailer battery. Now the 7-way circuit would probably put out about the same but it depends on the gauge of wire on the vehicle side of the wiring. Also worth mentioning is that you can have both of these setups going at the same time without issue. The solar will keep the battery topped off when parked and stored too which is nice.
