The correct locking hitch in for the DISCONTINUED Reese Explorer 4 Bike rack 63124 is the HitchMate Threaded Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches part # HE6001.
This will take all of the play out of the rack and allow you to lock it to your vehicle.
