Expert Reply:
The Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 33405 is designed to plug into a factory port on your vehicle. If the electrical system has been upgraded to 24 volts as it goes through the wiring harness it will degrade it to the standard 12 volts. So as comes out of the factory plug it will still be 12 volts at the factory plug so yes the harness will work.
