If your utility trailer has brakes then the most cost-effective solution for you is the Curt Electronic Sway Control System # C94VV. This installs on your trailer and then you plug this into your vehicle 7-Way (the trailer 7-Way plugs into the Curt) and then this will use the brakes to correct sway.
If your utility trailer doesn't have brakes then you need to install the Fastway e2 # FA94-00-0600 which is rated for a loaded trailer tongue weight of 400 lbs - 600 lbs. You'll also need a hitch ball like the 2" # A-90 to complete your setup.
Let me know if the loaded tongue weight plus the weight of anything behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle weighs over or under that tongue weight range I mentioned and I can help you find something rated appropriately.
