Yes, the trailer hitch that I recommend for example for a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13364 which offers a bolt-on design and has a hidden cross tube which will make for the best overall look once installed. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver will also fits a 2008 - 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan.
If you will be towing then you'll also need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118552 and the etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900 which are my two recommendations.
