Can this kit be used on a 2007 F-250 longbed that already has a BandW Remov-a-Ball gooseneck hitch already installed in the bed? If not, is there a set of frame rails that are designed to be used with the Remov-a-Ball gooseneck hitch and a Reese 16k Pro series slider 5th wheel hitch?

I have an option for you however there is not a way to have both the B&W Goose neck hitch part # BWGNRK1108 and the 5th wheel rails part # RP30439 installed in the bed.

I recommend to use Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches part # 16310 which fits in into the B&W Goose neck turnover ball hole and gives you industry standard rails in the bed to attach the Reese 16K Pro Series Slider. This is the easiest and most cost effective option to be able to use both the B&W Goose neck hitch and Reese 16K hitch.
