The RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover w/ Trax Rails part # RTT-80243 which is a fit for a 2020 Ram 1500 with 5-1/2' bed has a canister which is roughly 11-5/8" Deep x 13-3/4" Long/Wide. If you are also wanting to use the integrated tracks then I recommend Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series Tonneau Covers part # RRVA180B-RRRLT600 which comes with everything you need.
