2-Bike Platform Rack for Heavy Bikes Compatible with Class I Hitch

Does this Swagman Current bike rack work with a class 1 hitch?

The Swagman Current 2 Bike Platform Rack part # S64678 is only compatible with class II and class III hitches so it most likely will not pin into a Class I hitch.
For a similar rack that is compatible with a class I hitch, I recommend the Saris SuperClamp EX Bike Rack for 2 Bikes Rack # SA4025F because it shares many of the main features as the Current, so it tilts away for cargo access, folds for storage, and it also comes with a hitch and bike lock to protect your investments. Just like the Current, the SuperClamp has a capacity of 60 lbs per bike.
