What is Needed to Provide Clearance for Rock Tamers Mud Flaps to Fit on Ball Mount

hi - i just purchased this: Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System for 2 Hitches - Matte Black from you. my current ball/hitch does not have the required 1 inch of space to mount the bracket for the above product. what do I need? thanks.

You are going to need a longer ball mount so that you'd have the needed clearance for the Rock Tamers. The trick will be to go with one longer than you have now but has the same amount of rise/drop that you need as well. Like the part # D-26 for a 2 inch drop or the part # C45240 for 5-3/4 inch drop. Both of these are longer shank ball mounts and would work great.
