Troubleshooting Brake Controller Install Where Controller Shows N.C.
Question:
The controller is not working has this code in place of numbers when stepping on the brake pedal need help with troubleshooting see attached pic thanks

N.C. on a brake controller indicates that a trailer connection has not been detected while you are pressing the brakes of the vehicle. In almost every situation where we see this when a trailer is connected the solution is cleaning the pins of the trailer connectors and the connection will fix.
