The 2008 Honda CR-V can be flat towed with the Blue Ox Rangefinder II tow bar BX4322 as long as you install the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit part # RM-521559-4 and then use the Blue Ox Rangefinder II or III Tow Bar to Roadmaster Base Plates Adapters part # RM-037.
Adapting the Rangefinder II Tow bar to the Roadmaster base plates with # RM-037 is the only option because the older Blue Ox Rangefinder tow bar does not fit any of the newer Blue Ox base plates with removable arms available for the Honda. I was not able to find any information on the Blue Ox 4722 so I am not sure which part you are referencing there.
You will also need tow bar wiring to flat tow the Honda CR-V. I recommend the Roamaster Diode Kit part # RM-15267 which splices into the tail light wiring to allow the motor home to control the tow vehicle lights. The installation comes with a 6-way for the front of the Honda and a coiled adapter to connect it to the 7-way for a nice clean looking install.
I also recommend to use a Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass part # RM76511 because the radio fuse of the Honda CR-V needs to be pulled while being flat towed so it won't drain the battery. The by pass will make pulling the fuse as easy as flipping a switch. I have attached a video of this for your reference.
You will also need a supplemental braking system, for that I recommend Brake Buddy Classic 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System part # HM39494 which is a convenient portable braking system option. The Brake Buddy sits in the floor board of the Honda and depresses the brake pedal in sync with the motor home.
Finally, if you need safety cables you can use part # RM-643. The last thing you may need is a high low adapter to tow the Honda level with the motor home. I have attached a helpful article that helps you figure out which high low adapter may be needed and our selection of high low adapters.
