Can etrailer 4,900-Watt Generator Kit be Used with etrailer Parallel Power Kit

Question:

I have been reading the descriptions and specs on your paired etrailer inverter Generators. I own a Keysyone 31 5th wheel which requires a 50 amp service to simultaneously run both A/C units. I can run one at a time on 30 amps. Im now looking at the 333-0003 and 333-0001 set. Will the use of the Parallel Power Kit, 333-0007, provide compatible 50 amp service needed to run both A/Cs at the same time? I only expect this to be needed in extreme heat conditions. summer in South or southwest I dont think the 2 e2000s will provide enough power, and the 2 e3200s is more than I need. I would appreciate any recommendations you can provide.

You can definitely use the 3,200-Watt # 333-0003 and the 2,000-Watt # 333-0001 with the Parallel Power Kit # 333-0007 so that you have 50A service for your AC units.

One thing to note though is that AC units are notorious for having sizable starting (surge) wattage needs. This generator combination has a starting (surge) power output of 4,900 watts and a running (rated) power output of 4,275 watts. As long as all of your power needs are under these ratings then you are good to go.

If this kit is under your wattage needs then you can use the 6,000-Watt Portable RV Inverter Generators # 333-0003-2-0007 instead which have a 6,000 watt starting rating and a 5,500 watt running rating.
