Replacement Anti Sway Frame Cradle for Yakima Ridgeback

How do you replace the anti sway cradle on my Yakima ridgeback?

Just the anti sway portion of the frame cradles of the Yakima Ridgeback # Y02458 aren't available so you'd have to replace the entire cradle with # 8880598. This is replaced by removing the end caps first and sliding them off. On the bottom of the end caps would be a screw that would get removed.
